Our Mission
Viscell develops and commercializes whole blood/platelet coagulation management tools for the clinical and research communities. We develop, manufacture, and distribute devices as well as disposable supplies and reagents for in-vitro diagnostic use. Ultimately, our goal is to create amazing products that empower users and patients. And while our knowledge base is medical, our interests include just about everything. Because no matter what it is, we believe that exceptional product design and development can change the world.
Who We Are
We are an independently owned business that works side by side with medical device companies to create software and develop products. From concept, to development, to sale, we have a hand in forming some of the most advanced medical technologies available. And we work hand-in-hand with our customers all over the world to implement our technology, with an expanding global network.
Our team has over forty years of experience in our field. And because we’re independently owned and funded, we get to put that experience to whatever task excites us, interests us, and challenges us to make the world a better place.
Culture
Located in Boulder Colorado, we enjoy 245 days of sun a year and close access to the mountains. The young energy from the university and the entrepreneurial environment of the high-tech start-ups is an incredible place to build a career and a social life. Our team is small, hardworking, and highly intelligent. We focus on embracing individuality and welcoming diversity. We put a premium on being able to find solutions to problems that nobody else in the world has answered. But we also understand work/life balance, and with the mountains and great outdoors culture in Boulder, we are highly flexible so that we can get in some hikes ourselves!
